Currently, PolicyPal only works for policies purchased in Singapore regardless of citizenships. We are looking to bring PolicyPal to other areas in the near future.
There are 2 ways for you to upload policies.
Click on the "Add Policy" button on the "My Policies" screen. Thereafter,
1) You can either input your policies details manually.
2) Alternatively, you can use the in-app camera to take a photo of your existing policy (only the policy schedule or benefit illustration page). The processing time will be 2 working days.
You can remove your policies by visiting the "My Policies" screen in the app and performing a "left swipe" on the relevant policies.
Click on the "Buy Policies" button on the side menu.
Our digital insurance manager, Kate will guide you through to understand your current coverage needs. Thereafter, you can buy new insurance policies based on the selection available and have them stored on PolicyPal. Kindly drop an email to us if you have queries on the products.
